• Daytime classes are held Saturday and/or Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Evening classes are held Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • All equipment needed for class is provided
  • Selected tools and supplies used in class will be available for purchase
  • Class size is limited to 5 persons.
  • Please bring an apron, note-pad and pen.
  • Chef coat (optional).
